Products:
All products and product information are described as accurately as possible. This includes images, packaging, product weight, stock and product flavours.
Pricing:
All our pricing on display is GST inclusive. Shipping may be extra depending on your spend. (Orders over $65 receive free shipping). All customer will be emailed a receipt shortly after their purchase.
Refunds / Returns:
BesoBite Alfajores takes full responsibility for any packing/shipping errors (Eg. you order Dark Chocolate but receive Milk Chocolate). Please contact us if we've made a mistake and we'll rectify it as soon as possible.
If your return does not concern a packing error please email your enquiry with your order number and detailed description of your issue. Our returns policy is treated on a case to case basis.

Shipping:
We use Australia Post and shipping prices are displayed during checkout. All orders are dispatched with 24 hours (next business day).
Generally shipping takes between 2-5 business days once dispatched (depending on your location).
During the summer months (Dec to Feb) any order made on a Thursday or Friday will be packed and dispatched the following Monday. This is to ensure the best quality product is delivered to our customers as weekend warehousing is not ideal during the Australian Summer. BesoBite also uses special reusable ice packs cooling during the summer months as a back up.
BesoBite offers a pickup option to those who do not require or want shipping.
Extremely remote areas in Australia are not eligible for our free shipping offer. Our free shipping policy is only applicable for zones in which BesoBite deems economical.
Privacy Policy:
BesoBite does not and will not pass on private details of any customer to a 3rd party. Your private details will only be used for shipping purposes and/or email subscription updates (if the customer has requested so).
Customer credit card details are not stored under any circumstance.
Payment Methods:
Electronic payment methods are listed in the website footer. They include: Master, Visa, Amex and PayPal.
Cash on pick up can also be organised if you have no other way of payment. Please see our contact page if you wish to organise a cash order. Please be aware that cash orders are subject to stock and staff availability.
Cancellations:
Cancellations from customers are not possible as orders are paid and received in real time.
Besobite may cancel an order at any time for any reason. If payment is made by the customer and cancelled by Besobite, a refund will be issued to the customer.
Safety and Security:
Our website is protected by SSL security. All transmitted information is kept safe and our company policy only allows a single web admin. Passwords are not shared and changed regularly (every 60 days).
